Used 2013 Chevrolet Equinox SUV Crossover Pros and Cons
Choice of two engines, with one being a pretty powerful V6.
Impressive fuel-economy.
Expected to score well in crash and braking tests.
Attractive exterior stylish will appeal to a variety of drivers.
Improved materials in cabin.
Choice of three wheel sizes.
V6 offers respectable towing capabilities.
Rear seat offers an abundance of leg and head room.
Ton of cargo space behind rear seat.
Dash has an elegant swooping design. OnStar lets you feel secure wherever you happen to be.
Thoughtful safety features.
Affordable pricing.
Plenty of technology features available.
The small engine has minimal towing power.
Even though the V6 is peppy, some consumers will prefer a V8 engine, which is not available.
Lacking in overall cargo space with rear seat down.
Controls on dash are way too cluttered, forcing you to take your eyes off the road to find them.
Steering is uncommunicative, so you feel disconnected from the road.
Rear seat entertainment is not available, which will deter consumers with children.
Surprisingly large turning circle makes it more challenging to park and difficult to maneuver in tight spaces.
