    One of the reasons I chose this hybrid over others is because I was excited about the Sync feature. Let me tell you, Microsoft made a bug-infested piece of garbage. Plus, the air conditioning is obnoxiously loud and the windshield wipers have like a dozen settings. I want to clean my windows, not read a map to find a lost treasure. The features really should have been created more thoughtfully.
