Used 2011 Maybach 57 Sedan Pros and Cons
The absence of Maybach from the automotive scene and the five months it takes to customize these vehicles lend it greater prestige.
Manufactured by Mercedes and made using precise, German engineering, the Maybach is a very well-built vehicle.
The massive, V12 engine makes the 57 a powerful sedan, able to achieve impressive speeds.
Because of the roomy, plush interior and multiple technological amenities, riding in the 57 is a trip in itself.
With the myriad technological comforts, the Maybach ensures its passengers will be comfortable and entertained.
Because the 57 is built on the Mercedes S-class platform, it looks too much like an extravagant Mercedes.
While the Maybach has great pick-up, the massive size and weight of the 57 make for difficult handling.
The Maybach is one of the least fuel-efficient cars on the market.
Daimler has decided to discontinue the Maybach automotive line by 2013.
