The Nissan Z Coupe comes in a choice of three trims: the Base, the Touring and the Nismo. The Base comes with 3.7 Liter 332 hp V6 motor and a standard six speed manual transmission. A seven speed automatic transmission is optional on the base trim. With the base a buyer will also receive 18 inch alloy wheels, automatic bi-xenon headlights, heated outer mirrors, keyless ignition and entry, cruise control, climate control, manual driver's seat, cloth upholstery, adjustable steering wheel wrapped in leather and a four speaker sound system with CD.

The Touring trim takes the basic features offered in the Base trim and adds even more. It also includes the 3.7 Liter 332 hp V6 motor with a standard six speed manual transmission. Like the base, buyers can opt for the seven speed automatic transmission. With the Touring, buyers will also get heated four way power seats, faux suede and leather upholstery, cargo area cover, auto dimming rearview mirror, Bluetooth, eight speaker Bose sound system with six CD changer and satellite radio.

The Nismo is the most upscale trim on the Nissan Z Coupe. It features a 3.7 liter 350 hp V6 motor with a six speed manual transmission. Along with that, buyers will get high performance tires and 19 inch forged aluminum wheels, stiffer suspension tuning, upgraded brakes, limited slip rear differential, more powerful motor, larger rear wing and special trim for the Nismo. The Sports Package will add 19 inch wheels, limited slip differential, upgraded brakes, front and rear spoilers and SynchroRev Match to any trim. A navigation system and rearview camera are also optional features for the three trims.

Standard on the Nissan Z Coupe are a set of features that ensure the safety of driver and passenger. These include antilock brakes, traction control, stability control, side impact airbags, side curtain airbags and active head restraints.
