ProsThe 2012 Saab 9-3 SportCombi is a powerful vehicle that comes with two engine choices for both its Turbo4 and Aero trims: a 2.0T Manual and a 2.0T Automatic, so you're sure to find the perfect engine for your needs.

ProsFuel consumption varies due to the engine chosen for this wagon, Fuel consumption comes in at 21 mpg city/31 mpg highway/and 24 mpg combined for the manual and 19 mpg city/27 mpg highway/and 22 mpg combined.

ProsWith a starting MSRP around $30k for the Turbo4 trim, the Saab 9-3 SportCombi is very affordable, and it's also family-friendly. It's quite a bit roomier than the standard Sport Sedan.

ProsStandard features are plentiful for the Saab 9-3 Sport Sedan five-spoke double bridge 16-inch alloy wheels, a unique night panel driving feature that focuses on Saab's aircraft history, Automatic Cruise Control with a Saab Car Computer, audio controls on the steering wheel, a night panel, rain-sensing windshield wipers, Saab Active Head Restraints, a Saab Infotainment system including an MP3 player, and an Electronic Stability Program. The Aero trim ups the wheels to five-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels, Bi-xenon cornering headlights with integrated front fog lights, electrically-operated passenger's seat, a Sports chassis, integrated roof rails, and an electrically-operated moonroof. Options include a Premium package with Saab Parking Assistance, electrically-adjustable front seats, and auto-dimming mirrors with a garage door opener.

ProsFuel consumption comes in at 21 mpg city/31 mpg highway/and 24 mpg combined for the manual and 19 mpg city/27 mpg highway/and 22 mpg combined, which are respectable ratings.

ConsThough the Saab 9-3 SportCombi is still available this year, it is no longer being produced due to the company's disbandment. Though the brand will continue to cover its drivers in terms of warranties and maintenance, you could have difficultly obtaining parts and some other services throughout the vehicle's lifetime.
