Homemade vegetable beef soup recipe. made in the slowcooker.

Ingredients

Chuck Roast
cut into small pieces

frozen Soup Vegetables

frozen Mixed Vegetables

Onion chopped

Barley

Minced Garlic

can Diced Tomatoes

Tomato Juice

Beef Stock

Bay Leaf
Salt to taste
pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except salt and pepper) to slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove bay leaf and add salt and pepper before serving.
