How does it work?
Every week, the members of the Feedback Club (also written FBC) are gathered into groups. Each member must then provide feedback to the other ones in the same group. 2) make sure that every member writes feedback for the other ones;
3) welcome new members;
4) answer questions;
and even more.

Is there time for all of this?
When you join the FBC, we ask you how many projects you can check at most per week. We later use this information to place you into groups, the sizes of which don't exceed your boundaries. It's up to you to find out how much time you can spend in the FBC. Writing feedback only takes some minutes, anyway!
As for the administrators, they need to spend more time than a regular member. However, the required time remains reasonable. It is not even necessary to open Scratch every day to correctly manage the club!

Why is some FBC stuff in French as well?
The FBC aspires to welcome any scratcher that wants to join, even if they don't speak English. Currently, the number of French-speaking members is increasing, and many of them don't know English to a comfortable level yet. Therefore, the admin team strives to translate all the useful content of the FBC to provide to them the best experience. I, @lolrenz12, am currently the only French-speaking admin.

Hello everyone! You may have noticed that, despite the fact that most of you are willing to review more than two projects per week, you won't be asked to go any further. That's because the club still has to few members! I will keep advertising the club in the appropriate places. I remind you as well that you can review projects of people who are not in your group, it's not mandatory though.
The new groups are ready, so go check them out ! (You may need to wait for projects to switch in the studio).

Vous l'aurez peut-être remarqué : malgré le fait que la plupart d'entre vous êtes prêts à regarder plus de deux projets par semaine, on ne vous demande pas plus que ça pour l'instant. C'est parce que le club n'a toujours pas assez de membres ! Je continuerai de faire la pub dans les pages appropriées. Je vous rappelle aussi que vous pouvez donner du feedback à des membres qui ne sont pas dans votre groupe, mais ce n'est pas obligatoire.
Vous pouvez déjà aller regarder les nouveaux groupes ! (Vous aurez sûrement besoin d'attendre que les projets du studio soient remplacés).

Each Monday, I update the project called Dashboard , which displays lists of members called “groups”. In each group, members have to give feedback to each other. So, for example, if you're in the same group as @DarkStar441 and @Scratcher01010 (fictional examples), you'll have to write feedback for their projects, which you'll find in the studio. This week you're not in a group yet, but I'll add you next Monday. You can still write some feedback to random members if you want.

Hello! I just wanted to let you know about a few changes I recently made in the way I manage the Feedback Club. It concerns member inactivity .
First of all, I want to make something absolutely clear: it's not a bad thing to be inactive in the club, whether you're active on Scratch or not. This means I don't blame anyone for being inactive.

An inactive member is still a member I need to manage, because the club cannot rely on them to share feedback anymore, be it temporarly or permanently—that's a fact.
What I use to manage the club is a small table (basically Google Sheets) in which I give each member a status based on their previous activity.
Active - Active member writes feedback and sends messages in the studio or to admins, or answers their questions.
Inactive - Hasn't done any of the things stated above for a whole week.
Dead - Has been inactive for four weeks.

I will always personally notify you about a status update.

Members are removed from the club after being dead for a week. Why wait so long before removing an inactive member? Because they might just have left temporarly, for reasons I cannot deem reasonable because I don't know them. So I give them a chance. This said, if a member is removed from the club, they can still join again any time they want—they just need to fill the joining form again (which is extremely simple and short).

You can help me manage the club by informing me that your temporarly or definitely leaving the club . If it's temporal, please precise a date for your return, it will ensure that I won't give you the dead status, even if you remain inactive for more than a month—as long as your back from your leave in time (I insist that, if you're removed from the club, it's not a real problem because you can join again, and I don't feel offended or anything). If it's definitive, then you're saving me some time because I can just remove you from my table instead of tracking your activity for six weeks.

Bonjour ! Je voulais simplement vous faire part de quelques changements récents dans ma manière de gérer le Feedback Club. Cela concerne les membres inactifs .
Avant tout, je veux rendre quelque chose absolument clair : ce n'est pas mauvais de d'être inactif dans le club, que l'on soit actif sur Scratch ou pas. Cela veut dire que je n'en veut à personne d'être inactif.

Un membre inactive reste un membre que je dois gérer, parce que le club ne peut plus compter sur lui ou elle pour échanger du feedback, que ce soit de manière temporaire ou permanente — c'est un fait.
Ce que j'utilise pour pour administrer le club est un tableau (en gros un Google Sheets) dans lequel j'associe à chaque membre un statut basé sur son activité précédente.
Actif - Le membre écrit du feedback et envoie des messages ou répond aux messages des administrateurs.
Inactif - Le membre n'a fait aucune des choses indiquées ci-dessus depuis une semaine.
Mort - Le membre est inactif depuis quatre semaines.

Je vous notifierai toujours d'une modification de votre statut d'activité.

Les membres sont supprimés du club après avoir été marqués comme morts depuis une semaine. Pourquoi attendre si longtemps avant d'enlever un membre inactif ? Parce qu'il se pourrait qu'il ou elle n'ait quitté le club que temporairement, pour des raisons que je ne peux pas juger raisonnables car je ne les connais pas. Donc je lui ou elle donne une chance. Ceci dit, si un membre est supprimé du club, il ou elle peut encore rejoindre à nouveau quand il ou elle veut — il n'y a que besoin de remplir à nouveau le formulaire (qui est extrêmement simple et court).

Vous pouvez m'aider à gérer le club en m'informant que vous quittez temporairement ou définitvement le club . Si c'est temporaire, précisez une date de retour, et je ferai en sorte de ne pas vous marquer comme étant morts, même si vous restez inactifs pendant plus d'un mois — si après vous revenez à la date prévue (j'insiste sur le fait que, si vous êtes supprimés du club, ce n'est pas vraiment un problème car vous pouvez rejoindre à nouveau, et je ne me sent pas vexé ou quoi que ce soit). Si c'est définitif, alors vous m'économisez le travail de suivre votre activité pendant six semaines car je vous enlève de mon tableau tout de suite.

J'espère que c'est assez clair. N'hésitez pas à poser des questions !

The Dashboard is finally updated! Expect me to update it this late from now on, because my mornings are now taken by classes.

Another note: this week, I'm a Feedback only member, which means I don't expect others to write feedback for me. I added a project of mine to the studio anyway. Yes, it's the one FBC related. So if you like it, I'd be super glad you get some feedback on it.

Une autre note : cette semaine, je suis un membre Feedback uniquement, ce qui veut dire que je n'attends pas du feedback des autres. J'ai quand-même ajouté un projet au studio. Oui, c'est celui sur le FBC (il est en anglais). Donc, si vous voulez, je serais très ravi de recevoir du feedback là dessus (ne vous forcez pas si vous ne comprenez pas l'anglais).
