I have been using scratch on this account formore than 2 weeks and have made more than 2 projects. Is it a glitch or am i not doing something right?

if you haven't, as far as I'm aware you should have received an invite. It might take a bit to get a response, though.
I should probably note that according to the wiki article on becoming a scratcher it can take up to a month.
