While you're not directly saying what it stands for, people genuinely have an idea what it means or could cause them to google it. Some people could find it offensive, so I wouldn't risk it. There are other things you can say.

I guess, I use it from time to time and don't intend it as swearing (kinda like “lol”, it's become part of my vocabulary), and I've seen many people say it here who most likely have the same intention.
I mean, I've seen people saying things like that abbreviation that stands for as.. um.. “frick”. Compared to that word I don't think the word in that abbreviation is that bad.
Just avoid using it in ways that aren't really appropriate. And don't use the version with the “f” in it. Seriously.. DON'T.

Not really. If you have a doubt, report it - and the Scratch Team will determine if your report was rightful or not.
