Pros

• It was done exactly to my specifications, right down to which format I wanted it in.
  
• It was easily usable as a sprite for my project, thanks to it being uploaded to a sprite in Scratch
  
• It was easy to access for me. I got a link and it was as a sprite in a project.

Pros

• Very fast service (order confirmed and completed within hours)
  
• It's useful to be given a notification on my profile when it is complete.
  
• Friendly and helpful order completion notification
  

Cons

• No order confirmation. You have not lost a point for this as the order was very quick, but if it's going to take longer than a day you should notify your customer on their profile
  

Keep up the good work! All the ‘experience’ and ‘tips to improve’ is detailed above. Looking and the structure of your shop, you are clearly serious about getting customers what they want as quickly as possible. This is a perfect example of how to run a shop; well done!

  • I recieved a comment asking why I hadn't checked out my order. I'm not online 24/7!

  I placed my order for a GIF with my suspicions that I could get what I wanted much quicker with another website. I did not realize that my order was completed as I was not given a profile comment, but half an hour later I received comments asking why I hadn't checked my order. The actual product was fine, but the website wigflip.com seems to offer exactly the same product range. Hmmm…
  
  Tips to improve
  Don't wait half an hour before sending me a comment. As soon as the order is done, write a comment with a link to:
  a)Where I can find it;
  b)What to do if I'm unsatisfied
  
  Also, if you are using wigflip or any other online tool, give credit to them!

• The actual idea I got was pretty underwhelming, merely suggesting one thing I could use in a single, simple sentence.
  
• Only part of my request was responded to (I asked for both a character and general design and only got character).

  I placed my order for an idea, but when I received the notification I felt like it might be half-completed. However, it was extremely fast and I did get notifications, To be honest, I'm a little underwhelmed.
  
  Tips to improve
  Simply spend a bit longer and deliver an idea that can actually be developed into a project. There's a balance to be struck between speed and quality, and I mainly think that you are leaning too far towards speed.
