The United Federation of Scratch Shops
Welcome to The United Federation of Scratch Shops
Brief information of the UFSS
UFSS is a group of scratch shops banded under unity. UFSS allows shops to be recognised and supported. The UFSS was made to benefit both the shop and the individual in both offering and receiving skills. It gives new shops packages allowing them to get to work straight away on the shops end. On the individual's end, there is a staff system allowing people to get hired and show the world their skills.
UFSS Officials
President, the president being the founder and owner of the UFSS may seem like they have a lot of power over the rest, but in reality a strict code of conduct was set up for himself and future owners. Only minor changes may be allowed for the UFSS under the code.

How to accept applications
- They need to be detailed, not the “I am nice and lovely” type but the “I do good hard work on scratch projects in my free time, therefore being a benefit to your group” type
- Scratcher status required to be non trainee
- Activity level is required to b 5+ (And I will know if people are honest)
- The showcase needs to show they have at least a good amount of understanding on the department
Awards
Awards are given out at the end of the month. Tracking all complete orders by the shops in the UFSS during the month. When reviving an award you are recommended to post the picture in your shop description. These awards will show which shops are contributing the most, and should therefore encourage more shops to contribute.
Awards can be sponsored. Payment would be done by loves and faves and sponsoring award means having your logo put on the award and shop/user name in the awards official name. Each award sponsorship is worth 15 loves and 10 faves (We will figure out a way on how you will pay)
The Bronze Completion Award
Given to shops that achieve the third most highest orders complete amount
The Silver Completion Award
Given to shops that achieve the second most highest orders complete amount
The Gold Completion Award
Given to shops that achieve the highest orders complete amount
The Bronze Highest Amount Hired Award
Given to shops that achieve the third most highest hired people amount
The Silver Highest Amount Hired Award
Given to shops that achieve the second most highest hired people amount
The Gold Highest Amount Hired Award
Given to shops that achieve the highest hired people amount
1 month in UFSS award
Given to shops that achieve 1 month in the UFSS
3 months in UFSS award
Given to shops that achieve 3 months in the UFSS
6 months in UFSS award
Given to shop that achieve 6 months in the UFSS

UFSS rules and regulations (WIP, official release on January 1st-5th).
This article will inform you on rules and regulation of the UFSS.
1. Staff (Within shops) rules and regulations
1.1. Staff are to be registered within 30 days of joining.
1.2. Staff are to report to report to activity checks, if they do not 3 times they will be automatically fired.
1.3. Staff are to strictly stick to tasks within their area, if violated a strike is given.
1.4. Staff (registered) are to vote on UFSS topics. Not doing so results in a strike.
1.5. Any staff doing an impersonation of any other staff who are higher ranks than them results in an immediate firing.
2. Shops
1.1. Shops are to have a 3 strike system (4 strikes for HR)
1.2. Shops are to have an order form
1.3. Shops are to have an application form
1.4. Shops are to have a report form
1.5. Shops are to abide by recommendations of firing staff within their shops when recommended by HR’s in the UFSS
1.6. Shops are to have a link to the UFSS on the top of the first post within 5 days of joining.
1.7. Shops are to have the president or vice president (not both) represent in votes and an elected representative to represent the staff of the shops in votes.
1.8. When a public vote is held (In which the staff members of shops get to vote too), shops are to post a vote on their shop, and when all data is collected find the percentage of what voted yes or no. Once done post the majority below the presidents vote in the same reply.
1.9. Shops are to supply logs of complete orders.
