To become a part of the Silver Shop's Staff Team you must fill out this form to be considered. There are a few things that we specifically look for when accepting new staff members and this list can be found below. There are three different types of staff members. Leader - This position helps guide and lead the other members on their staff team and mentors Trainees, as well as take new orders. Guided by Owner. Staff Member - This position takes orders and helps guide Trainees. Guided by Leader. Trainee - This position helps one understand the system of the shop. Takes new orders. Guided by Leader and Staff Members.
Things We Look For In Staff Members
-Kindness
-Good Manners
-Experience. Though, It's ok if you haven't worked in a Scratch Shop Before
-You must have the scratcher status. If you do not you will be accepted as a trainee, and will stay in that position until you reach the scratcher status.
