About us

We were founded by hellounicorns2 on the 22nd of May 2019. He then went on to reserve the first twenty posts and then opened the new currency. Inspired by the original currency by Python_Megapixel (only real ones will remember) and the new ShopBux, it was created to provide a way to reward shops for completing orders and a way to give staff something for their hard work. We also provide followers, priority in some selected shops and mentoring as a means to use your Astrobux. We also provide ways to ‘tip’ shop members for extraordinary work. We began as blankx the value of SSB (shopbux).

FAQ

Will I retain control over my shop?
Yes. We do not have any control of your shop, we just provide a service that can help your shop.

How does it work?
We have two types of members: Customer members and Shop members. If you own a shop you can have both at once. Shop members usually have a greater balance and obtain Astrobux by completing orders and participating in programs such as First Shopper. They generally use these to provide their employees with a weekly pay. It is up to shops in terms of how much workers are payed, and shops can choose to provide pay based on hierarchy or orders completed. Customers can use their Astrobux for tipping shop members, giving back to people and getting a membership in our Ultimate Mentors and First Shopper programs. Of course, Astrobux can be converted into ShopBux and other currencies with very low interest rates.

How do I pay employees who aren’t members?
To get payed employees must become members. Of course, all it takes is a simple form.

How do you keep track of ATB?
Every Saturday shops must provide a list of a) orders completed (add to the shops balance) b) how much to pay their employees (take away from the shops balance).

How much ATB do we get/lose for tasks?

+100 ATB for joining as a shop *SHOPS*
+40 ATB/week for being a Class A staff member *CUSTOMERS*
+30 ATB for joining as a customer *CUSTOMERS*
+15 ATB/order as a general reward for completing orders *SHOPS*
+10 ATB/week for participating in and enforcing First Shopper *SHOPS*
+10 ATB/week for being a Class B staff member *CUSTOMERS*
+5 ATB/member, can be used to provide for the member *SHOPS*
-1 ATB/day for using Ultimate Mentors *CUSTOMERS*
-10 ATB/month for using First Shopper *CUSTOMERS*

How much is a ATB worth compared to popular currencies?
