ANTI-FLAME WAR ACT

ABOUT
This act will comply with the Anti-Flame War group. We want to make ShopBux more kind and nice. We want to minimise or completely abolish unconstructive arguments.

1: Flame Wars
1.1: Flame wars are completely banned
1.2: Constructive debates are allowed
1.3: Anyone who starts a flame war will get a strike
1.4: Anyone who fuels a flame war will get a strike

2: Hateful Words
2.1: Any insults will be punishible by a strike
2.2: Any insults will be reported

Of course I follow my own rules. Give me the example of that last one. I really don't care about these arguments enough to remember.
EDIT: You can't strike the owner, that's a thing. After had no authority to pass that act and it went against the very idea of an organization.

Someone rigged it. I checked a while ago and it had a 10:3 yes:no ratio or something. I think it should pass as that was before the 38 yes votes happened what.
EDIT: We now have a 131:3 yes:no ratio. Totally not rigged…
