HI SCRATCH TEAM THE REASON I MADE THIS THREAD IS BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE DOING FALSE REPORTING YO PLZ STOP IT OR ELSE……………………………………………………………………………………

I think there's a miscommunication here:

Scratchers are the people who file the reports. The Scratch Team are the people who check the reports.

Here's what @Harakou* has previously said on this:

Please understand that when someone is reported, we can see everything they've said and shared on the website. It's silly to say that someone was banned because of a false report, because we can know for certain what they did. Users are banned for reasons we can verify, and only after receiving warnings. I know that you think highly of your favorite Scratchers, but some of them will do things against the community guidelines. Instead of blaming the person that reported them, blame the person who was banned, because it's their responsibility.

^^^ Correct. The Scratch Team always reviews the reports before acting on them. Regardless, its the user's responsibility to follow the Community Guidelines.

False reporting (by users) is not okay. Users that do that will get a warning for misusing the reporting system - or even blocked if they continue to do it.
