1. we respect your faith in us and we will do the best to satisfy your needs. However you should respect the employee assigned to you. any complaint will lead to an inquiry. if it is found that you have been offensive to an employee, you will be reported and disassociated from the organisation. you must also give credit to the individual or individuals who helped you.
   
   
2. give a deadline of at least 1 week for complex difficulties and 3 days for everything else.
   
   
3. You may contact individual people from the employee list if you wish to and the order will not be taken as relating to the shop .
   
   
4. you may also request for more than 1 person.
   
   
5. You must also state clearly in the notes and credits section what work was done by whom.
   
   
6. You also have complete rights to discontinue the service but you have provide a valid reason for it.
   
   
7. We might not have time to respond to your request. If you do not get a notification after 3 days kindly try again. if the deadline is reached and the project is still not over give it a few more days.
   
   

1. Board of directors - votes on major changes in shop, approves ideas by skill directors
   
2. skill directors - can hire people, vote on firing people, in charge of respective skills, discusses ideas for the shop.
   
3. project managers - in charge of individual projects(which requires more than 1 person),makes slight changes to project with client's permission.
   
4. skill workers - employees who work on the project. can make changes to project with clients permission. works independently or in teams
   
5. trainees - employees who wish to get some additional knowledge before working.
   

1. employees must respect the decision of peers and seniors. if there is a disagreement then a debate will take place on the comments of a specified project will be followed by a poll on the same project.
   
2. employees may choose to leave a project at any time as long as they have a valid reason for it.
   
3. employees who want to move higher in the organization must do the following
   
   trainee →junior skill worker:
   approval from trainer about their progress in the concept.
   
   junior skill worker → senior skill worker
   at least 5 positive references from previous project managers about attitude
   
   senior skill worker → skill director
   at least 2 positive recommendations from skill directors about your skill , attitude and 4 positive recommendations from junior skill workers under you.
   and experience as a trainer.
   
   skill director → director
   at least 60% of votes in a poll among the shop directors.
   
   if employees have the requirements to get promoted, comment it on @green-flag-coder 's profile. He will promote you by changing your category in the user list.
   
   
4. Senior employees have to judge junior employees based on only their attitude, skill and usefulness to the shop.
   
5. Senior skill workers may recruit junior skill workers for help in a client's project.
   
6. any doubts should be addressed to a senior.
   
7. The community guidelines apply at all times.

I joined a few month's ago check my profile
I want training on what i am supposed to do here
