This is a thread for collaborations and individuals alike. It will keep track of individuals looking to be hired by a collab, and also keep track of collabs looking to hire individuals.

I've noticed that it's getting harder and harder to find a good collaboration to work with. You can search for pages and still not find one that's right for you! cheeseater's stickied thread, the collaboration directory, was a great idea when it started, and helped many to find a great team to work with. Now, due to many listed collabs going inactive, only about half of the list (if that much) is still usable to those who would use it. Also, it doesn't help collabs find specific types of members. Hence, I propose this solution…

For the Individual
For anyone wishing to join a collaboration, they can post here (if they haven't found the right one to join yet). Once they have filled out the appropriate form, they will be added to the list below. Then, once a collaboration asks for members of their type, they will be notified on their page. The notified individuals may then either accept, or reject the offer.

For the Collaboration
For collaborations (or even other individuals) looking to hire members, they may post here. Their ad will be posted on the Help Wanted board, after they fill out the form below. All ads will run a maximum of two weeks. If they are not filled in that time, then the collab who made the ad will need to post here to renew it.

For Both Freelancers and Collaborations
At the completion of a job, the collab which hired the individual may submit a review of that scratcher's performance. This is to let other collabs know whether or not they should hire them. Also, an individual can submit a review of a collaboration.

And lastly, what all of these job titles actually mean. Use this to determine what jobs you want to offer or look for.

Definitions of Job Titles

Scripter: Arguably the core workers of the project. They deal with the nitty gritty of programming. They create the functionality of the game, and fix any bugs that show up. Without them, there is no project…

Graphics Artist: Gives your project visual appeal. Some scripters can make good art, but usually you need better than they can give. The artists are in charge of the look of your game, which can mean the difference between popularity and failure.

Idea Corps: You have to start somewhere, and that's where the Idea makers come in. They come up with cool features, gameplay concepts, and other various creative things. A good collab needs these types of members to give direction to the scripters. Without ideas, you can't really make a project period…

Advertisement: Advertising is important. If you don't get your project into the public eye, then all that hard work was for naught. Advertisers can give your project much needed attention.

Game Designer: Sometimes the same as an Idea maker, but with more focus on details. These are the guys that design levels in your platformer, or the GUI of your O.S. Good game design is critical to success!

Testers: These are people who want to spot check your project. They test and test till they are satisfied that every bug has been fixed in your projects, and continue to report bugs to you whenever they're found.

Sound Designer: These are the people that deal with the sound in your project. They either scout out the perfect sound effects and background music, or make the tracks themselves. Voice actors would fall under this category as well. Not having good music in your project is a huge factor for many reviewers (I should know, I did reviews for a long while) and casual players alike.

Project Manager: These people are the collaborative glue that holds your project workers together. Having good management is just as important as any other element, and maybe even more so, as the lack of it can cause the ruin of your entire collab. The are the people that make the To-Do lists, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.

Extra notes:
Firstly, I would like to apologise if the ratings I have written here are inaccurate. I have never done this kind of thing before and I'm not really sure what to expect. Secondly, I know my profile says new to scratch, but I do have another profile which I use at school, so I'm not really new.
