Peak Mountain Shop. Where the peak is our priority.

Thumbnails:
We offer a selection of Thumbnails. All you have to do is give us a request. You'll receive it within 0-3 days AFTER your request has been claimed. If you receive it within 4+ days or nobody has claimed it. Go to the report center to file a report so then we can discuss it with our staff. Then your thumbnail will be made right away.

We take Art seriously. Whether you need a graphic for your game, a lose/winning screen, a drawing, or something related to art. We're here to make it happen. Make sure to fill out an ART request form with specific details so then we get it to you as soon as possible. Expect to receive this within 1-5 days. If you don't receive it after 5 days or your request hasn't been claimed, file a report at the report center. So an HR can do your request and talk with our staff.

If you need a banner consider it done. We offer banners for you to use for your shop or post. Unfortunately, due to reasons, we will not be showing you what it looks like unless we have someone who has access to an image hosting site. If you truly wish to see it, tell an HR and we can get it for you. Expect banners to take 0-1 days. If it has been two days after acceptance or nobody has claimed it. FIle a report and we'll talk to our staff and get your request filled.

LOGOS! We offer logos all the time. In your form specify what you would like. We will guarantee you a great logo. Expect 1-3 days after your request has been claimed to receive your logo. File a report if it has been 4 days or more or your request has not been claimed. We will talk to our staff and fulfill your request.

Fonts will be ready in less than a day. Describe the font you'd like and if you'd like it copy and paste or png image. We'll get them right to you. If for some reason your request isn't accepted or it's been past a day then fill a report. It will get fulfilled immediately. Understand our staff may be busy and please be patient with this.

Scripts are the owner's specialty. Let's say you need something to move, trigger a variable, make a level, make a platformer script. We can make almost whatever you need. If for some reason we can't fulfill it we'll redirect you to another shop that can. There is no time limit for this. Expect longer and more complex scripts to take a while. If you feel like you need to, you may file a report.

Intros/Outros are going to be the hardest for us depending on our staff selection. Don't expect them to be amazing especially when we don't have much staff experienced in this area. We will try our hardest and expect it to take 5-15 days.If you are not satisfied or your request is not claimed file a report.

Any customer who asks to become a staff member must follow the discussion, post 5 requests prior to becoming staff, and be trusted by an HR. The user must be experienced in one or more areas and MUST specify them. If they fail to do so, they are not capable of becoming staff. They are to properly fill out a staff request form and it must be accepted by a BoD+. If they are accepted or declined by a user under the rank of BoD, that user will be terminated. An enrollment must be offically recorded by the Secretary and put into shop records. If a promotion occurs, the Secretary will also further reocrd that information. If at any time, a staff application is capable of doing well here at Peak Mountain Shop, then their request will be declined by a BoD+.

Whenever a staff member who is currently working and active is promoted they must go through 3 steps before the promotion is fulfilled. Step 1. They must be promoted and verified by an BoD+. If this is certain, they move onto step two. If they are not verified and promoted then they will not receive the promotion. When promoting someone, you must verify them using the BoD promotion form. The Secretary will store this form in records.
If they move onto step 2, they will need to complete a “background check”, meaning we see if they fit the requirements and how many posts they have posted and to make sure there is no cheating ranks. If this certain, they will move onto the final step which is the Training process depending on the rank you have, Only Supervisor+ will need step 3, otherwise any other ranks will not require this step. The Secretary will record your promotion details in records.

As a customer of this shop, you must respect not only our staff, but code of conduct. All customers no matter how popular or unpopular they are, they must respect all staff and all customers. You are not to judge anyone by race, sexuality, gender, etc. If your request goes over the deadline we say in our menu, do not spam, get angry, or rage at us. JUst simply go to the report center and fill out a form. Your request will be fulfilled almost immediately. Do not fill out a report form for an invalid reason. If this happens, you will more than likely receive a warning/suspension/ban. Please be specific in your request and know we are not perfect. Failure to comply with the Customer Code of Conduct will cause a permanent ban.

As a staff member of Peak Mountain Shop, we ask that you please respect the Customer Code of Conduct and the Staff Code of Conduct. As a staff member, you are not to judge, but respect everyone no matter their popularity, gender, race, sexuality, ethincity, etc. You are to fufill customer's requests. The requirements for each day will be in the Staff Info section and job strikes will be mentioned there too. If a staff member, receives 3 Job strikes, they will be terminated. As a staff member, when you see a requestnot accepted, please accept it. We recommend taking 2-5 jobs a day/week and completing them throughout your time.

If you wish to partner with our shop or add our shop to your shop full of shops, you must fufill the certain requirements. If your shop is partnering with us, an HR+ will more than be happy to add you to our list, but you must do these things daily or weekly. You are to advertise our shop on either your front page or partners page. If you do not have any of those, you will not be accepted. You are also required to have a partner representative, that is a high and trusted ranked member. They will be listed in the Partners post. This is required so we can make sure we have someone checking out offers and help with shop needs. This representative must be active every single day unless they have a reason and are not working at your shop.We finally ask that when we need something from you, that your representative please fulfills this request. This would make our partnership pleasnat. If these are not followed, your shop will be unable to join us. Sorry for any inconvience. If you are a shop group, meaning shops join you and you help them with things, then you will be required to have a representative that receives request ON THIS SHOP. That way we can stay in-touch. They must be active every single day unless they have a reason and are not working at the shop group. Your shop group must also have over 100 views to join it. Sorry for any inconvience.

Our Secretary will be in charge of keeping track of staff enrollment, promotions, requests, partners, and anything else that needs recorded in our records. We keep these so then if for some reason you want unbanned or you have a question about something or something lik where you left but want to join back. We also use these for promotion suggestions. The Secretary will keep these confidential with everyone except for the President and Vice President if we have one. These records will not store any personal information as we do not ask for anything personal. If you are affiliated with Scratch, then we will give you records if you wish.

Only the President may ban somebody, If anyone attempts to ban somebody, then they will be permanently banned. If you are banned, you will receive a ban form with a reason why. If you wish to be unbanned and agree to follow the Code of Conduct(s), then you must fill out an Unban form where it will be reviewed by the President. If you are unbanned you will start as only a customer, not a staff member.

If you think the constitution should be amended, please add a post saying what should be changed. The President will review your suggestion. If it seems suitable and seems to improve Peak Mountain Shop, then we will file an Amendment. Amendments will be added after this article. We will not exceed no more than IX articles. Only the president may amend the Constituition.

Under the official first amendment of the constitution of the Peak Mountain Shop, you will no longer need to have posted 5 posts prior to becoming a staff member.

BoD, Secretary, and Vice President
These are serious jobs and only the most experienced candidates will be accepted. In order to get these jobs you must:
Have Shop Experience as a Staff Worker
Work as an HR or own a shop in the past year.
Must be excelled in serious work.
Must be ready for anything and ALWAYS be online unless you have tapped out.

If you can do all these requirements, consider filling out a form for what you'd like. Proof will increase your chances. Here are the job descriptions.
BoD: You are to supervise all staff and take HR duties seriously. Most of your duties are listed in the constitution.
Secretary: You are to keep records of all changes and progress of the shop. You must store them in a project or a studio and be able to show them to anyone VP+ and anybody affiliated with MIT or Scratch.
Vice President: Is to assist the President and to fulfill high rank priorities. Watch over the other HR ranks and staff. You are to help with trainings and to advertise this shop via your signature. You will not have access to the official posts.
