Review for The Water Otters Shop

Title: 7/10 - The title includes a few symbols ish (~) and the ordering/hiring status of the shop but to improve, perhaps add some coloured emojis, a bit of fancy text or even some more symbols to entice customers!

Banner: 9/10 - The banner is beautiful with a cheeky otter that links to your shop title and a lovely font! I'm not sure whether you might want ti add your motto as well…?

Quality: 10/10 - The quality of my order was very high with it done quickly and efficiently, no improvements here!

Customer Service: 9/10 - Done quickly, I was politely notified in my desired places although you could add a ‘thanks for ordering’ or ‘have a good day’ to the notification to amke it even nicer :)

Overall: 9/10- This is a brilliant shop with hard and fast working staff and excellent orders! To make your shop even better you can:

• Add some symbols/emojis and fancy text to your title
  
• Add your motto to your shop banner
  
• Include a friendly ‘thanks for ordering’ or ‘have a nice day’ when notifying customers of their order
