Review for WC's Starry Store

First Look 10/10
The title is brilliant! Some sparkles and brackets divide up the information nicely. It has the shop name and motto along with a few products and whether it's open and hiring! You could, if you wanted, add some info like whether it's partnering and of you have any specific offer/packages. Overall excellent!

BBCode Formatting 9/10
There is a shop colour used throughout the page that really gives a professional look and ties the whole shop together. There is use of bullet points that I feel could also be used in the rules and the use of smaller text in the staff section is great! Perhaps making the welcome message more prominent would be great but otherwise pretty great BBCode.

Product Quality 8/10
The product had the perfect background and text however the text said ‘Jolia_RKW’ when ‘Jolia’ was requested and the text wasn't centered but overall I think a nice banner that if it said the right thing and had centered text would be perfect!

Speed 10/10
Done before the deadline and nice and quick

Customer Service 8/10
The order was quoted as taken in shop thread ✓
I was notified when complete in desired place (profile) ✓
'Order complete' notification and any order updates were informative but polite ✓
The order was quoted as complete in shop thread ⌧
Although I was notified on my profile it was done, not quoting the order as complete in the shop thread means it looks like the order is not finished! Also it allows you to post any images/project links and format it better. Also, although I was told where it would be it took a few days for it to be in that place so maybe a little update saying ‘your order is now here’ could help? Otherwise communication was very polite and I liked when you told me about the hosting everything was so kind!

Accessibility 9/10
You have one page so no Directory is needed but there are heading banners which help. There's no portfolio, resources page or place for reviews but there is an about and history. Maybe redoing the order of the sections could help make it flow better because customers will want to see your products then order so having products first (which you do) then rules then forms, then all the staff and partners to amke sure the ordering process is as easy as possible for the customer.

Overall 86/100

A few things to improve and make your shop even better would be:

• Making welcome message more prominent and adding bullet points to the rules section
  
• Double checking what the customer wanted on their order
  
• Quoting the order as complete in the forum as well as on their profile
  
• Reordering the sections to make it flow better

Hi! I would like some advice about life. I'm always so busy with school and work, so much so that I've lost time to hang out with my friends and my partner(dating). I want to hang out with them more but I have a lot of hard work. I need to stay up late to get it done but that makes me really tired and unable to finish my work in school. It's like an unending cycle. It's made me feel really bad about myself because I feel terrible about not being with my friends/partner. It's honestly made me feel kind of depressed. Any advice? My deadline for this order is preferably today or tomorrow. Sorry this is long.

Hi, I can give you some advice. But it works differently kn everyone. I do not know for dating thing but can help for friends one. You may complete your work by taking turns. 1hour work for 15mins doing what you like. And if you feel demotivated to complete work then complete by doing easy works first it makes you feel half of it is done but if you feel tired do hard work first to keep you motivated to complete all the work also do not be up till late and maintain a proper schedule. Trying getting a paper or sticky notes and make a timetable after coming from school what you have to do and keep cutting as you complete tasks list even small tasks and tasks like lunch. It works for me

A good thing about this store is that the person who helped me with my troubles had really good advice, I've been doing better with managing time and being with my friends more.
