NEW TOPIC FOR BUG SQUISHERS
I'm gonna be inactive for a little while bc I have some stuff happening irl and it's stressful and I'm gonna let you guys know just in case there's an activity check and I don't respond. If you need the reason I can tell but I would rather not

As an official staff member of the SCA
I am happy to give the final review on your shop!
Hello there! I, as a staff member of the SCA ; I have come to you with the results of your review.
First Impression of Shop: 9/10
Product Quality: 9/10
Service Speed: 9/10
Customer Service: 10/10
Activity Level of Staff: 10/10
Total Score: 47/50
Comments/Tips: I really like how your shop is laid out! Pretty cool, very inclusive with pronouns. Exceptionally fast service speed! A good chunk of BBCode done within 4 days nice job! Looking at the BBCode it looks like you mostly worked from scratch; and with that a few spelling mistakes here and there. A much more condensed “About Us” section which really helps me out! Overall very good! I'll be using this for the meanwhile with a few couple changes kudos!
Taken from the IFSF .

Also I have a few suggestions for our forms on the front page. (more specifically about the general form)
With my suggestions, the final general form would look like this.
A lot of my suggestions are also applicable to the other forms.
- The General Order
form should be renamed to Bug Squishing or something else that makes it clear the form is for bugs.
- I don't think it's that important to include the Have you read our rules
question. The rules say nothing other than to use the forms to order - and there's no reason that the customer would be at the forms page unless they want to use one to order, so it doesn't really make sense to include it in the form. The keyword is completely pointless.
- The Have you read the terms of service
doesn't really need to be there either. It can be replaced with a small note below the heading of the Forms page to read the terms of service before ordering. Remember - simpler is always better.
- The due date is another cliche of scratch shops that I think is really useless. Most customers aren't on a tight deadline - this is scratch, not some kind of corporate job. If they really need it urgently, they can ask for that separately.
- The pronouns aren't really that important either. There's not gonna be a lot of situations where we use them unless we're talking to each other, staff-staff, and then we can use they/them or the pronouns on their profile if they're written.
- Where can we contact you
, too, is frankly quite useless. I think it's safe to assume that you should post the order on the forum, and write a message on the customer's profile. If they want anything different, they will probably mention it in the order. About this - you can also add another note below the Forms heading asking to follow the shop to be notified about any updates.
- Link
should be changed to Project link
to avoid confusion.
- I understand that Extra details
is there to get details of the project. So, I think it can be replaced with Project details
and moved to below the project link.
- We should also add Other
at the bottom.
With my suggestions, the final general form would look like this.

Also for the review form, it could be changed to this:

Order link:
Order quality: Did your order live up to your standards
Rating: /10
Other:
Was the order on time UNNECESSARY SINCE DUE DATE IS REMOVED

Also I have a few suggestions for our forms on the front page. (more specifically about the general form)Yeah, I like the bug squishing better than general form

For now you could get rid of have you read our rules but it might be good to keep for when we inevitably add more rules
People aren't always gonna read the TOS unless there is a check for it
I agree that the due date needs to be changed as a system but I think we should still keep it and do like a 5 day minimun to give us a few days buffer and not have them expecting it the next hour
I fully disagree with that pronoun one people want those and it's better to have them so when we need help with it or something and we are speaking within the forum we use the right pronouns
They could also wanted to be contacted through a project, studio, alt account or something
Yeah, project link is better
Having the extra details and project details separate is better I agree
You mean something like an extra details box at the bottom? smart
Just my thoughts on these suggestions
