A default ''my list'' list

Add a default list called “my list” which would make more sense because there is a default ‘'my variable’' variable.

my variable :: list :: reporter

my list :: variables :: reporter

Honestly I think that there is no default list on purpose. Lists are often a lot more advanced, and newer users will likely not use them as much, so scratch sort of hides them.

No support. In my opinion there shouldn't be a default variable either since most people would have to go through the extra step of deleting/renaming it since it has a pretty unintuitive name.

Variables also need to be used far more often than lists so it doesn't make sense to have a default list if it's going to be deleted/unused anyway.

Also, I'd be for a removal of the “my variable”, as back when I started I always thoguth it'd be a special variable having the attributes of what I now know a “For this sprite only” variable due to the name “MY variable”. Why do we need a starter variable???
