Just finished Sonic Prime and here are my thoughts:

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I watched it all, but I didn't really like it. First watch was fine, second time around was a bit rough ._.
The animation style was pretty cool though, I just needed a better story.

it was nice seeing the varients of the characters, but why in the world would they put rouge on TEAM SONIC?! they should have replaced her with cream… i don't know about you but want to see an edgy cream lol

Yes, superstars is flawed in some aspects (especially the boss fights), but in no way is it worse than Sonic 4. I personally haven’t played Sonic 4, so I can’t give an opinion about it, but from what I’ve seen it’s laughably worse than Superstars. The level design is mediocre, movement seems sluggish and slow, and imo it just doesn’t look all that good.

Superstars on the other hand has decent level design, the movement feels good and flows well with the level design, and Superstars looks great. I’m not trying to say that everything about the game is perfect, but it’s a massive improvement over Sonic 4.

Sonic Superstars is very mixed. It's better than Sonic 4, only because of the zones. Sure, a few of them take inspiration from the GG titles, but they're at least not copying and pasting zones from sonic 1 and just adding “more water” (i'm looking at you, splash hill). Also, though some of the music of Superstars is quite mid, the Tee Lopes songs are P E A K. Heck, listen to speed jungle act 1! theres a reason it's my top song on spotify (i'm on the 0.01%)

SEGA has been pushing Rouge a lot lately, she was in Dream team as a part of the main team too. Although I like Cream & Rouge, Rouge is admittedly the more interesting character & has more opportunities for interesting interactions with the team (+ her character was usually the straight man of the team in each au so she filled that gap)

Well I mean yea no one is saying the superstars is without flaws the thing is you just keep on saying why Superstars isn’t a game you enjoy as opposed to saying what makes Sonic 4 better than it

Since Amy and a ton of Metal Sonics appeared in the end of Sonic 3, we might get a Sonic CD or Heroes movie

And? We all know Superstars is not the best game. Far from it, it's pretty mediocre. But what does that video have to do with 4? How will that video make me believe that 4 is better than Superstars?
