Lol. I do believe its actually “confirmed” to be Sans Undertale, last name “Undertale”, since whenever Sans is put somewhere (Like a list of characters, for example), in official format, it's never “Sans from Undertale” or “Sans (Undertale)”, just “Sans Undertale”.

I might be able to link a source if I'm able to find the specific list I'm referencing here, but I probably won't since I only glanced at it.

a few months ago, i also had a dream that there was an undertale movie, but it was live-action

Ngl I'd like an Undertale Anime/TV-Show, it'd be better since it could explore all of the main routes (In a movie it'd be like 4 hours if it had all the routes since each one has a different climax, plotline, and respective boss/area.)

YES!! but if it did happen, the producers would have to be careful how they write chara's character b/c i think there's a lot of controversy in the fandom around them

I think Toby Fox will probably tell the producers how to do it right and then the fandom explodes when they see the correct answer for the first time
