DISCLAIMER: I will not fire employees for using ai art, they may get a strike if you specified not to use ai, though.

After 3 posts you must snip or else you will get 1 strike, snipping is replacing the quote text with a placeholder like -snip- or -cut-

Please, dont overwork us, we cannot handle too many orders, one at a time per person, please!

And employees should bump the post every now and then when it is not on first page and/or it has been a day since last bump

Employees, orders and activity checks:
I may do activity checks at random times, employees who don't respond within a day - 2 days will lose an activity point. those who do respond will gain one, activity points are lime , point - stats will be in a table below:

0 points - strike
1-5 - very inactive
6-8 - inactive
9-14 - active
15+ - very active

we may make exceptions for injured employees and employees on vacation.

If you are writing a scrathers username, I will use tagrim123 as an example, please tell me, tagrim123 if you would not like to be the example, if you are writing a fellow scratcher's name, please link them to the user, I think this may help with people feeling recognised, if you dont know how, look below:
