- 1. 1- Be respectful to EVERYONE in the shop, including customers.
- 1. 2- Follow the Scratch Guidelines
- 1. 3- Customers must treat staff with lots of respect.
- 1. 4- Staff must treat customers with lots of respect.
- 1. 5- STAFF: Staff must finish orders within the deadline
- 1.6- CUSTOMERS: Customers must give a sensible deadline for orders.
- 1.7- Staff must follow what the order requires
- 1.8- Staff can decline a re-do for an order.
- 1.9- Customers can ask for a re-do.
- 1.10- Please keep chatting to a minimum, but it's not entirely forbidden. we all like a bit of small talk innit.
- 1.11- No AI art or requests allowed, if you are suspected of using AI, +1 strike
- 1.12- STAFF: Credits must be given to the shop when an order is done.
- 1.13- CUSTOMERS: Credits must be given to the staff that done your order, but not necessarily the shop.
- 1.14- Both customers and staff can receive strikes from the shop. Too many and you might face a temporary ban

They can be given when any of the rules above are breached.
Too many strikes mean a temporary ban.
Too many temporary bans can lead to a permanent ban.
This includes both STAFF and CUSTOMERS, including me! no room for hypocrisy here

Staff responsibilities-
- 2.1- Bumping the topic if it is not on the 1st page of the requests page
- 2.2- Finishing orders within the deadline, unless you're busy or on holiday - that's completely fine
- 2.3- Being moderately active, we will have regular checks for this to make sure.
