Staff Portfolio

Rules

1 - General
1.1. Do not spam this forum.
1.2. Let people in Leadership roles bunp.
1.3. Be polite.

2 - Orders
2.1. When your order is completed, if you use it, give credit to both Milky Way Thumbnails and the employee who took your order.
2.2. All order must have a deadline of at least 1 week away, so we can get teh order right for you, and people need to claim it.
2.3. If you put ‘asap’ you have no right to complain if it is late.
2.4. Be paiteint, and do not spam. People live in different timezones, so we may not be able to claim your order immediatley.
2.5. You MUST fill out the order form. Failure to do so means that your order will not be added to the Orders Center.

3 - Appplications
3.1. Fill out the application form in full.
3.2. You must meet the requirements.
3.3. IF you are rejected, please wait 2 weeks before re-applying!
3.4. You must have some form of expreinece.
3.5. You must use a design program.
3.6. If we do not get back to you in 48 hours, you will be rejected.
3.7. DO NOT request a role in the LEadership, or to become a mentor or senior warrior. YOU WILL BE APPOINTED. You will always start as an apprentice.
3.8. You must be following this forum.

4 - Staff
4.1. Be polite
4.2. If you order here, follow all order rules above.
4.3. The codeword is your favorite food. (For anyone who fills out a from, this is the codeword)
4.4. You must notify the customer in their preffered place when the order is completed AS WELL AS quote teh order and say ‘done!’
4.5. You will work your way up.
4.6. Follow all rules, or get a strike or warning.
4.7. If you are on leave, fill out the leave form.
4.8. All staff must folow teh forum.

What design program do you use?

Requirements

- Must have ‘scratcher’ status on the account that you are applying on. This is because, well, I really don't truust alt accounts.
- Must be on scratch for over 1 month
- Must use a design program and have at least 1 month experience with that design program.
- Must have at least three work examples.

Medicine Cat: Organises the Orders Center, can hire and assign unclaimed orders if no one has claimed them for over 48 hours. WarriorsRoleplayer
Medicine Cat Apprentice: Assists the Medicine Cat. OPEN
Mediator: Appoints mentors, breaks disputes, can hire and fire people. Has to be someone Milkysplash trusts. I'm giving you a lot of contorl, so you will most likey be declined from this role. Kitten769
Mediator Apprentice: Assists the mediator. OPEN

Senior Warriors

Senior Warriors: Senior warriors oversee their small department of warriors and apprenticies. However, they cannot promote an apprentice until the Medior agress. NONE YET, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Mentors: They teach the apprentices, and they only teach one apprentice at a time. They show them the way of Milky Way Thumbnails, and crique them and help them. NONE YET BY APPOINTMET ONLY.

The warriors are regualr workers.
