Here, the services we offer are profile banners , forum & signature banners , image hosting and basically anything relating to graphics!
This shop was founded on Wednesday 29th December 2021 by tripIe-A-battery .

Founder’s Note
I founded this shop because I used to be quite involved (and I want to say well known but I’m not sure whether that was the case) with the requests forum and shops on my previous accounts, bananaandchoc1 and landofgreenandgold. My most successful shop that I owned was the Oreo Shop, and I even worked at buzzy bee banners! I took a break from forums for a while and eventually decided that I wanted to try out making a shop again, so here I am.
I chose to call it the ace shop because I’m asexual and I want to get some ✨representation✨ out there and it makes a good pun for the motto lol. Anyway, I hope you choose to order from the Ace Shop!
And no you don’t have to be ace or lgbtq+ to join or order, you just have to not be homophobic or transphobic or anything-phobic! :)

BoD
President: tripIe-A-battery || Complete control over everything
Vice President: open position || Takes over when president is away. Can do anything apart from close the shop, move topics or fire BoD. Can call activity checks once a month at least and once a week at most.
Chairman: open position || Takes over when vice president is away. Can do anything the vice president can do apart from hiring BoD members.
Secretary: open position || Posts UOC at least once a week and keeps track of things to do with partners & federations alongside vice secretary. Can hire/fire non-BoD staff.

Product List
Forum/Signature Banner (Full Size) - 2480x520 px. Can be used for anything on the forums, like signatures or post headers.
Forum/Signature Banner (Half Size) - 2480x260 px. Half of the size of a ‘traditional’ forum banner, works well for signatures since you have room for two of these banners of one and some text.
Profile Banner - 480x360 px. Set this as the thumbnail of your featured project (try this tutorial for how to feature an unshared project) to make your profile look nice.
Image Hosting - This isn’t technically a ‘product’ but it’s a service we offer that’s pretty essential to putting banners on forums. It basically gives the image a link using a website that scratch supports (e.g. cubeupload or uploads.scratch.mit.edu) and not everyone knows how to do it so you can just send us a link to the image you want to put on the forums and we’ll give you a link that works.
[COMING SOON] Blockshades - A form of art where you find a picture and then shade it in with blocks of colour in scratch vector editor (SVE).
[COMING SOON - BONUS ITEM] Shop Review - Someone from our team goes to your shop and gives constructive feedback and advice on how to improve.

Guidelines

For Customers

Ordering
- No overly complicated orders
- No deadlines under 3 days
- You are allowed to ask for the person who completed your order to change something once they have done it
- No more than 5 orders per week
- If you say something like ‘asap’ as your deadline then you have no right to complain that it was overdue or late because you did not give us a definite date

Reviewing
- You are not required to review, but it’s appreciated & encouraged
- You may ask for the review not to be put on the front page if you want to
- You may only review an order that you placed

For Staff

Orders
- When claiming an order, quote the order and say clearly that it’s taken
- Try your best to meet the deadline if a customer specifies one
- It is preferred that you post the image and then post the link when you’ve completed an order, for example:

use the [code] and [/code] tags for this
- Try and complete every order to the best of your ability
- If you claim an order and you can’t do it, then post in the shop and preferably on the customer’s profile and hopefully someone else will take it
- If you think an order is too overly complex then you can reject it

Applying
- You cannnot apply within 10 days of being rejected
- You cannot apply for the BoD
- You must complete a practice order before being accepted, which I will give you when you apply

General
- You must be polite to customers
- You must be responsible
- You must respond to activity checks
- Please. Snip. Long. Posts. Thank. You.
- There will be elections/opportunities for you to get onto the BoD in the hopefully near future

Activity Checks
- Activity checks are posted at least once a month and at most once a week.
- To respond to them, you must quote the original activity check post AND SNIP IT IF IT’S LONG and just reply with something like ‘Active!’
- If you don’t respond to an activity check, you will get one strike.
- Include the word ‘green’ in your application form. Hide it well please!
- 2 strikes is a BoD demotion (if not BoD then warning on profile) and 3 strikes is when you get fired. You can re-apply in 10 days.
- If there is an activity check whilst you are on leave that you’ve informed me about, you won’t get a strike

For Partners & Federations

Applying
- The shop/federation must be at least 5 days old at the time of applying
- If the person applying is not the owner, they have to be on the BoD of the shop/federation they are applying from AND have proof that the owner has given permission
- If you are rejected, you must wait 10 days before applying again.

General
- If your federation/shop is inactive I will remove it and inform you
- Partners should be prepared to receive orders from us
- You must include the word ‘purple’ somewhere in your partnership/federation form. Hide it well please!
- You must include our name, banner & link somewhere in your federation/shop
- It is preferable that you inform us if your federation/shop is inactive or want to stop the partnership or take us out of your federation

no and no, but you can join as a normal worker and at some point in the hopefully near future there will be an opportunity for you to be on the BoD

Have you ever worked in any shops before? If you have, which shop(s)? I currently own 3 shops and 1 federation but I used to own 2 more shops. I own Forest Reviews, The cool cats shop 2.0 (which is now closing down), the stone shop, and The White Tiger Federation 3.0. I also work in the wolf shop and I used to work in scratch general.
How active are you generally (1-10): 8 on weekends, 6 on weekdays
Have you read the rules? Yes and maybe you should make the text green?
Anything else you want to mention? I can do a lot of other things that aren't on the products list. I can do CSS and HTML code, block shades, shop reviews, and much more.
