Interview with Brian Daubach – Manager of the Hagerstown Suns

I had the opportunity to interview Brian Daubach on April 10, 2011. He is currently the manager of the Hagerstown Suns, a Class A affiliate of the Washington Nationals. The Suns’ roster consists of Bryce Harper, Randolph Oduber, Cameron Selik, and other top prospects.
During Brian’s playing days, he was a member of the Florida Marlins, Boston Red Sox, Chicago White Sox, and New York Mets. Brian’s most memorable seasons were with the Red Sox (1999-2002). He had at least twenty home runs and seventy runs batted in during each season. Brian also appeared in the 1999 ALDS (vs. Cleveland) and ALCS (vs. New York).
