Jonathan Skrmetti announced victory in his state’s lawsuit against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Evidence exposed ICE’s now-thwarted plan to release illegal aliens into Tennessee. However, the case also revealed that ICE has released more than 7,000 detainees in Louisiana, including nearly three dozen listed at the highest security-level threat, with charges including murder, rape, and kidnapping.
