Think Tutoring is proud to serve students in Florham Park, East Hanover, Madison, Morristown, Livingston, Millburn, Short Hills, and more. We have a passion for helping kids reach their goals. Building confidence and motivation is what we are about at Think Tutoring.
Think Tutoring Staff
At Think Tutoring, we maintain the highest standards for our instructors. We use certified teachers, many of who hold advanced degrees in education and who have broad and deep experience as professional educators. We also employ long-standing special education classroom assitants and expert mathematicians.
We match our instructors specifically with the needs of each child, from reading specialists to kids with learning disabilities (for which we have numerous special-ed certified instructors on staff) to instructors who pass rigorous SAT and ACT assessments. All of our tutors receive ongoing training in Think Tutoring instructional systems.
Center Director and Lead Instructor
Christy Morris, B.A., M.A.Christy has been and continues to be a highly valued instructor at Think Tutoring. She is now co-director. Christy has previously worked in a private special education elementary/middle school in Passaic County. She worked directly with kids with a variety of learning and behavioral disabilities. She has her B.A. Degree from Felician College where she was awarded the title of Woman of the Year. She also earned her M.A. from Montclair State Univertsity.
Suzanne DiTaconni, B.S. M.A.Suzanne earned her BA in psychology and MA in special education from the College of Saint Elizabeth. She additionally achieved teaching certifications in both elementary and special education. At the College of Saint Elizabeth, Suzanne became a member of Pi Chi, the national honor society for psychology students and Keep Delta Pi, the national honor society for teachers.
In her first six years of teaching, Suzanne taught autistic children in all grade levels. For the past three now, she has gained experience working with deaf and hard of hearing children at an early intervention preschool. Lastly, she has tutored elementary and middle school children specializing in reading, language arts, and math.
