July 16 ....Well, I finally made it to Sheridan, but I'm missing the rodeo. I had to put Jonnye in the hospital this morning. It appears to be angina related to high altitude. She is fine now but is being held over night just to be sure. The rest of our vacation is cancelled as it was all high altitude. We'll attend a wedding and head back home. J uly 18 ....You gotta love Wyoming weddings. It was held in a back yard with an adjoining corral and stables. Just before the ceremony started, the groom's father was called upon to dispatch a rattle snake which had wondered into the area. It had 12 rattles. The groom came to the wedding by boat later. July 18 ...We headed east today and Jonnye decided to fill her prescription for Nitro patches in Gillette. July 25 ....Back in old PA. Our main AC unit quit cooling before we returned. We are at a hotel. July 27 ....This evening I'm recovering from the Heart Cath. The cath results found nothing wrong. All my blood is flowing as it should be. It left the doctor scratching his head about the tests that caused him to Cath me. Another day of rest and I will be back to normal activity. from Gail Wilson Felker

Shreveport, LA ********************************************************************** NEWS FROM THE HOMEFRONT Well, in the last NEWSLETTER I mentioned that I asked all of you to pray that my sister's health issues with being bi-polar would be stable so we could take our Alaskan cruise in August while she stepped up to help with Dad. Two days later, she had a melt down that has lasted these two weeks. Her psychiatrist added some RX to help her. So, my brother and sister-in-law took Dad for a week to spend in Friendswood. That gives me a break and Dad somewhere different to go and others to be fawning over him. He is really no trouble but Danny likes to help out, too. His hours are really long at the hospital and so Rosie has to keep Dad company. Dad has only been gone a few hours and I already miss him!!! My daughter, the one who was in the flash flood in June in New Braunfels, had lightning hit a tree this week. The strike knocked out the garage door opener, the flat screen tv, and the lap top modum! I think she lives under a black cloud! By the way, a wrecker yard sent them a letter saying that they found their destroyed RV trailer and wanted them to come pick it up. What was left? Oh, just the frame on the bottom with the tires. She told them to contact the insurance company. It was theirs now. On a good note in their family, the oldest granddaughter (7 years) is entered in her first youth triathlon in Houston August 7. Good luck Bailey "Bug"! Murphy and I celebrated our 37th anniversary this week. Thanks to all my classmates on FB that sent us congratulatory wishes! We are taking an Alaskan cruise for the special occasion. We leave in a couple of weeks. We have heard so much about this adventure and are really excited to see the sights. Please continue to pray that my sister's mental health stabilizes and that she will be able to continue to help with Dad while we are gone. A sitter will keep him during the day during the week for her. I dropped in on a long-lost homeroom classmate, Dianna Caillier Lewis , this last week. We have been staying in touch by phone and mail over the last four years but I have not seen her in person since graduation!! It was really nice to finally meet her husband and one of her daughters and see her again. ********************************************************************** SUPPORT John LeBlanc (from his daughter, Kathleen) PO Box 862 Jeanette Constantine Morgan's husband, Dennis, is being tested to find out the source of some health issues.
