UHCL at Pearland Operations and Maps

We strive to provide the university community with a safe, comfortable and usable physical environment. The Office of Campus Operations is responsible for maintaining the structure and infrastructure of the campus and grounds including the parking lot, utility systems and security.

Maps, Directions and Parking

Parking permits are required for all faculty, staff and students and may be obtained online.  Visitor parking may be purchased at the visitor's pay station or with the ParkMobile app.

UHCL at Pearland Parking

All UHCL Parking Regulations are enforced at UHCL at Pearland. All employees and students must have a valid UHCL Parking Permit to park on UHCL at Pearland. The UHCL Parking Permit is valid at both the Clear Lake location and Pearland. Visitors to UHCL at Pearland or employees and students who forget their permits must purchase a visitor permit a the kiosk in order to avoid a citation.
