Kick back with your view of the interior lakes and enjoy a 600 foot "lazy river" pool that meanders under bridges and around an island surrounded by white sandy beaches.
Falling Waters offers a residence that includes unsurpassed quality, elegant tropical
beauty and 24 hour security. You are greeted by spectacular waterfalls throughout. Relax
and enjoy a quiet hour by the 600 ft. lazy river pool or join friends in one of the many
daily social
activities. You may choose to practice on the 18 hole putting green, play tennis or enjoy
a challenging game of bocce ball. Unit overlooks
lakes with center island of lush, tropical vegetation. Breezes from the Gulf of Mexico and
a large number of golf courses outside your door make the toughest decisions of the
day tougher. Shop, lounge or stop by one of the many waterside restaurants in the area.
Unit is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Condo is privately owned and tastefully decorated. Seasonal unit is fully furnished to include basic kitchenware, linens, telephone and television. Condo unit is cleaned prior to arrival. Tenant is responsible for departure cleaning. Unit has large capacity washer and dryer. Standard cleaning equipment is found in the unit. Arrangements can be made for cleaning service at cost. Electric (up to $125/month), basic cable, trash service, water and basic telephone are included. Toll calls are the responsibility of the tenant. Check-in time is 3 PM unless other arrangements have been made. Two sets of keys will be available for the unit. All keys, the gate opener, garage door opener and recreational pass should be left in the condo unit on the kitchen desk when departing. Departure time is 10 AM.
