For a couple who wants room to spread out, or for a family, Yellowstone 101 is the perfect Big Sky, Montana condominium rental unit for a vacation holiday during any of Big Sky's wonderful seasons. Our Big Sky, Montana condominium rental is a tastefully decorated, affordable, two bedroom unit, with an additional sleeping loft, and 2 and 3/4 baths. It is located on a fairway of the golf course in beautiful Meadow Village. The Big Sky Resort Golf Club, the post office, the grocery store and the other Meadow Village shops are within easy walking distance. In the winter, cross country ski trails are easily accessed from our deck. The SnowEXpress shuttle bus (winter only) stops nearby, and will take you to any of its other stops, from the Canyon (US Route 191) to the Big Sky Resort or Moonlight Basin Ski Areas on Lone Mountain. Yellowstone 101 is an split entry unit with a lower level and an upper level with the loft. The lower floor has master bedroom with a queen size bed and full bathroom, as well as an adjacent guest bedroom with a queen size bed and another full bathroom. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a 3/4 bath, a living room with a fire place (fire wood is provided), and a dining area with a small attached deck & barbeque. There two single beds in the roomy loft, and a convertible sofa in the living room. In total, there is sleeping for 6 in the two bedrooms and the loft, and sleeping for an additional 2 on the convertible sofa. The Yellowstone Condominium complex has a recreation building with an indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and laundry facilities. As our guest, you will have full access to all of these facilities. If your vehicle needs an electric receptacle for a block heater, there are outlets provided for this purpose at the parking spaces. In the summer, in addition to golf, there is fly fishing and rafting on the Gallatin River. The Big Sky Trails system offers easy to difficult hiking and biking trails. The Gallatin National Forest also provides endless miles of interesting hiking trails. You will be only twelve miles from the northwest corner of Yellowstone National Park, and only fifty miles from (it's the next town to the south) West Yellowstone, Montana, the western gateway to Yellowstone National Park. Outfitters are available to provide everything you need for a memorable day of horseback riding. Winter brings downhill skiing to the Big Sky Resort and Moonlight Basin. Cross country skiing is available on the Lone Mountain Ranch trail system. Backcountry skiing and snow-shoeing allows you to explore many beautiful locations. Snowmobiles can be rented for local use and for trips into Yellowstone National Park.
