This luxury air conditioned / heated apartment on the top floor (2 floors) is conveniently situated between Benalmadena and Fuengirola, close to Torrequebrada Golf, 150 meters from the Famous 5 star Torrequebrada hotel and Casino. 250 meters from bus stop, close to Puerto Marina and 15 minutes drive from Malaga airport. With its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this apartment will comfortably accommodate four people. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room making it possible to sleep another two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven. The spacious lounge / dining room is furnished to a high standard, incorporating one sofa and one sofa bed, TV and DVD. The sunny terrace with its 180 degree sea views leads from the lounge and the master bedroom and in the evening the sun set can be seen over the mountains from the balcony. There is undercover parking with lift access direct to apartment. Within the complex there is a swimming pool with an Absolutely awesome view of the sea.
