Come to Miloli`i--the oldest fishing village in the Hawaiian Islands. Enjoy gorgeous sunset views from the lanai of this fully equipped new home located in Miloli`i on the South Kona coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. You'll find yourself off the beaten path in a tranquil tropical setting. The living area is on the 2nd floor (sorry, no elevator) which gives you a lovely 180* view of the coastline. There is one bedroom with a king size bed and an alcove with a double bed. Bathroom has a shower, no tub. The living room has a 12 foot vaulted ceiling with ceiling fans. Morning coffee tastes better sitting on your own private lanai watching the old Hawaiian fishing boats trolling by only 200 feet away. While the water is normally calm, a winter tropical storm may create spectacular waves for you to enjoy from your living room. You can sit under the grass hut in the evening and enjoy the tiki torches while you BBQ and drink mai-tais. Don't forget to turn on the waterfall! Or, you could sit around the fire pit roasting weinies and making smores. Just bring your toothbrush and swimsuit! And don't forget groceries! The Miloli`i road is located just past the 89MM on Highway 11 approximatately 31 miles South of Kailua-Kona. You will then travel about 5 miles down toward the coast to the rental property.

You can stop at the Punaluu Black Sand Beach and golf course on your way.
