The two spacious bedrooms offer walk-in closets with a king bed, two full size beds, and two twin beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. This property was remodeled with new windows, doors, hardware, cape cod moldings/baseboard, new window coverings, carpeting, paint, white tile countertops, and stainless appliances along with new furnishings. Shopping in the area has everything from the Shops at Mission Viejo to South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island. They all offer valet parking and more items than you can possibly imagine.

We will only charge a cancellation fee if we are unable to find another person to rent the unit. Please note that we will try to find someone and will just charge the costs that we incurr as a result of your cancellation.
