Welcome to our Florida home which has been beautifully furnished and equipped to ensure your perfect dream holiday. Our villa is located within the luxury development of Hampton Lakes only minutes from Walt Disney World. Entering through the front door you will be astonished at the size of the open plan living area - dining area, sitting room, nook, family sitting room and kitchen with laundry room adjacent. Two of the bedrooms have sitting areas with TV and DVD and there is therefore more than enough room for a party of 10 to have their own space. Our home is furnished to a very high standard, sleeps 10 very comfortably and has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The very large master bedroom has a king size bed and a fabulous en suite bathroom with large oval bath, twin basin and vanity units, enormous walk in shower and separate wc. The master suite also has its own sitting area with TV and DVD player with patio doors leading out to the lanai and pool area. There is also a queen sized double bedroom, two twin themed childrens bedrooms (1 dinosaur and 1 ladybug) another twin room with its own sitting area, TV and DVD player, and two further bathrooms. A cot/crib and high chair are supplied at no extra cost. The home includes a very large family sitting room with telephone, cable TV, DVD player and VCR. There is a good selection of DVDs and videos for all the family as well as a book collection for easy holiday reading. There is also a games chest with chess, draughts and backgammon. From here patio doors lead out to the sun deck and pool. There is a formal sitting room, a dining room and a family dining nook. The family kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons for easy living. There is also a laundry room and double garage. All linen is supplied, including beach towels. Most importantly the villa has its own large (30� x 15�) screened swimming pool. The pool area and lanai are large with an abundance of sunbeds, tables and chairs for outside living. Relax and sip a cool drink by your own sundrenched pool! The extensive sundeck enjoys all day round sun but the large covered lanai offers shade for those non sun worshippers amongst you. Child alarms are fitted to all doors leading to the pool area. Ideally situated on the US 27 midway between the I 4 and the US 192, our executive home is located in a luxury development in the middle of a quiet cul-de-sac and therefore is very safe for children. Walt Disney World is just a 15 minute drive away whilst the beaches on either coast are a one hour drive. Orlando Airport is 40 minutes away with the airports at Tampa and Sanford being one hour. This is worry free, resort style living at its finest. All gardens are landscaped and well maintained. Tennis courts, basketball and volleyball together with two childrens play areas and a large community pool are a few minutes walk from your front door. Tired of relaxing? There are over 20 golf courses in the vicinity with the nearest, Highlands Reserve, just across the road. The Champions Gate Golf Resort is only a 5 minute drive which is home to 2 Greg Norman designed golf courses as well as the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. There is the excellent Publix supermarket very close by and a brand new Walmart superstore just down the road.
