You'll enjoy the beauty around you and also be delighted at how convenient this location is to downtown Weaverville (5-minutes) and Asheville (15- minutes). Discover why everyone wants to live in the charming town of Weaverville with its Mayberry style Main Street and small town friendliness. Asheville is world-famous with the fantastic Biltmore House and Gardens, eclectic shops, and talented artisans. From this house you can be riding along the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway within 15 minutes. The Appalachian Trail can be conveniently accessed from several locations less than 30 minutes away. Classy and comfortable describe the furnishings that I have chosen for this home. You'll enjoy fluffy towels in the bath and luxurious sheets on your beds. This house has been furnished with the things I like when I go on vacataion. Enjoy your coffee on the front porch, deck or in the back yard. Bottom floor has 1-queen bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and den. Top floor has 1-queen bedroom, 1-full bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. Convenient driveway to both levels of the house.
