Just think you can be on Disney grounds in 3 minutes. Come be one of our first guest in our new home with a private screened in pool and spa. It truely is a must see home, beautifully decorated with many upgrades. We want your stay to be enjoyable and we will do everything to make that possible. We are available 24/7 to meet all your needs. If you need drivng directions just call. Would you like some groceries at the home when you arrive, no problem. Our goal is to personalize your needs. Our four bedroom villa is located in the lovely subdivision of Oak Island Harbor in West Kissimmee. The property is just five minutes from Walt Disney World and 20 minutes to Sea World and Universal Orlando. The villa is beautifully decorated with attention to detail in the Mediterranean Seaside Village style. French doors from one of the master bedrooms and living room lead out to the pool and patio area. There is a private pool and spa with covered patio dining are. We are not a company so you are our only priority. Give us a try I know you will be enjoy our home. Sleeping arrangements include two master bedrooms with master baths, two bedrooms with twin beds and another full bath between the twin rooms. We also have a crib which can go from the bedroom to the patio. There are color TVs with cable access in both master bedrooms, both twin rooms, and in the living room. The house features a beautiful large eat-in kitchen and dining area. We've chosen upgraded furnishings - not the average furniture and generic accessories you see in most vacation villas. Everything's included in your rental, including linens, towels, crockery, utensils, and more. Just bring your toothbrush and the family and come enjoy a relaxing, worry free holiday! You can do the theme parks and shopping and then come home and relax by the pool. Take a plunge in the spa at night and you\'ll be refreshed for your next day's activities. Oak Island Harbor is the closest single villa subdivision to Walt Disney World, located one and a half miles in from Highway 192 and four miles West of I-4. You can even see the fireworks from Disney in the evenings! In addition, our management company is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to answer any questions or take care of any problems should they arise. If you need directions no problem, a welcoming basket: just ask, the fridge stocked: just say what you need. We are here to make your vacation special. Let us take care of everything.
