We'd like to welcome you all to our beautiful executive family villa. Conveniently situated in the exclusive gated community of 'Legacy Park' just of Hwy 192 on Hwy 27. You'll find this the perfect base to unwind & relax after those fun packed days at the parks. We have furnished all 3261 sq.ft of our fabulous villa to a very high specification, we're confident you'll agree we have paid attention to even the smallest details. (Competer not supplied) 15 x 30 ft SWIMMING POOL -Pool One of the main features of the villa is fabulous south-west facing pool (15 x 30ft) with it’s extended decking area. There is an ‘L’ shaped Lanai with two ceiling fans should you need a rest from that wonderful Florida sunshine. We have upgraded all of the patio furniture and the larger than average table will allow your whole party to enjoy that mouth watering bar-b-que together. The pool has a removable safety screen so that young children cannot access the pool, and each door leading to the pool is alarmed for your added peace of mind. Even with the screen in place the decking is still not crowded and there are enough chairs for everyone! All bed linen, villa towels and pool towels are supplied.

Payment balance due 60 days prior to commencment date of your holiday along with refundable security deposit of $300.00/£300.00 $30.00 (£20.00) per day - Pool Heat (This is only necessary between October & April) Crib is available at $45.00 per week.
