- If 2 people want a pull-out sofabed made up for them so that each person has their own bed, add $15/day (please tell us before 3pm day of arrival).
- Children must be 10 years or older, and we need them to honor the expectations of peace and quiet of the other guests. No infants.
- 12.5% combined lodging tax and service fee. 10% discount for stays of 6 days or longer.
- Checkin is at 3pm, checkout at 11am. We can no longer offer an early checkin or late checkout because of our special Covid cleaning protocols.
- No smoking anywhere on the property - a $250 fine.
- The cabins do not have phones, though we have good cell-phone reception depending on your carrier; and the TV/DVD is for playback only (over 650 free DVDs).
- Limited dog friendly accommodations. If you travel with a service dog, call us to discuss before making your reservation.

Deposit We charge the first day's stay per cabin, not including tax, at the time of the reservation. The balance is charged date of arrival.
• Checkin is at 3pm, checkout at 11am**.
• Children must be 10 years or older, in our experience, that is the minimum age for children able to honor the expectations of peace and quiet of the other guests. Sorry, infants are not allowed.
• No smoking anywhere on the property for fire, insurance and guest comfort reasons. Any smoking or vaping will incur a $250 fine (though smoking is allowed right outside our entrance as long as any butts are deposited in the special can before entering WildSpring).
• WildSpring is designed for our guests’ use. You need to ask permission beforehand if you have visitors who will enjoy our facilities with you - including use of the Guest Hall and spa. That will be $20/person per day. Breakfast would be an additional $10/person.
• We have furnished this facility with many lovely things, trusting in the integrity and care of our guests. If any items are missing, stained or damaged enough to require professional cleaning, repair or replacement in a timely manner, we reserve the right to charge the associated costs. You will find special towels for makeup removal and extra dirty work (such as cleaning mud from shoes) in each cabin; if the white towels or robes are used and we are unable to clean them, we reserve the right to charge for professional cleaning or replacement.
• Limited doggy guests. Rosslyn, cabin 1, is our one dog-friendly cabin. Please visit our Dog-Friendly page for more information and requirements.
•EV Charger. We have a Tesla and Universal EV charger here that is free to guests. However, it will charge only one car at a time. Please contact the office for an appointment.
• Covid precautions. As Covid-19 continues to impact our world, we are all concerned with maintaining our health and safety. Please visit here for a complete list of the procedures we have to protect our guests and staff from exposure. We start by using a UV light tower in a cabin for at least 30 minutes before our staff goes in to clean; **because of this we are unable to offer early checkin or late checkout, and will need to charge $25 for every 15 minutes a guest stays in the cabin after 11am checkout.
*Extra beds must be requested before noon, day of arrival. We may not be able to set one up if you wait until you're here to ask - if we are able to, it will be $30 for that night instead of $15. If you make one up yourself and use our chenille throws and sofa pillows for bedding, we will charge $50.
