• General terms and conditions of service

"xsupervisors" is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms and notices contained herein. Your use of the "xsupervisors" constitutes your agreement to all such terms and notices.

• Modification of these terms of service

As a condition of your use of “xsupervisors” website, you will not use “xsupervisors” website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and notices and you may not use “xsupervisors” website in any manner that could damage, disable, impair or interfere with any other party's use of “xsupervisors”.

“xsupervisors” website may contain academic resources and communication media designed to enable you to communicate with “xsupervisors” website, you agree to use the communication media only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular purpose for which the communication media was designed by “xsupervisors”. • Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such communication medium specifically allows such messages.

• Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.

• Download any file posted by another user of a communication medium that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the communication media.

• Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular communication media.

• Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation by way of the aforementioned would attract the rejection of submissions by the user in questions and consequent closure of the “xsupervisors” account of the same.

The user must ensure always to use caution when giving out any personally identifying information in any communication Service. “xsupervisors” does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any communication service and, therefore, “xsupervisors” specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the communication services and any actions resulting from your participation.

“xsupervisors” has no obligation to monitor the communication services. However, “xsupervisors” reserves the right to review materials posted to a communication service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. “xsupervisors” reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the communication services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

“xsupervisors” is a compendium of resources both those provided originally by the participatory researchers and by other third party authors whose works appear, with free access, on various websites on the internet and as a result every user of “xsupervisors” and the resources provided therein must agree to the following conditions;

Every user of “xsupervisors” is bound by the legal provisions associated with the use of resources provided by “xsupervisors” that is not the original property of “xsupervisors” is not liable for any consequences that accrue to the user as a result of the use of resources not provided originally by “xsupervisors”

“xsupervisors” will not be liable for the use of resources originally provided by “xsupervisors” unless as binding in a contractual agreement between the user and the researchers at “xsupervisors” and as a result the use of the resources on “xsupervisors” would imply the users readiness to bear the consequences of the use of the resource in question.

“xsupervisors” reserves the right to change fees, which are not refundable, without the prior notification of the user, for the use of resources provided by “xsupervisors” and these fees are subject to change at the discretion of “xsupervisors”, without prior notification of the client.

“xsupervisors” reserves the right to alter the availability, nature, volume, print format and other features associated with the resources on “xsupervisors” but not mentioned here without the consent or prior notification of the user.

"xsupervisors" does not guarantee the strict non-rival ownership of of resources purchased from "xsupervisors" due to the fact that at different points in time different users may subscribe for the resources with some level of similarity.
