The Cincinnati Bengals were desperate for help at the quarterback position coming out of the team's third straight loss and struggles from Jake Browning .
Those Bengals found a solution on Tuesday by trading for Cleveland Browns quarterback Joe Flacco .

While Bengals head coach Zac Taylor didn't commit to Browning in pressers and laid hints that change was coming, the front office was working the phone behind the scenes.
Popular trade candidates included Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston , with the Browns and Flacco an afterthought: They're rivals and have never done a trade together.
Now, they have, and the 40-year-old Flacco does project to be somebody who can learn a new offense quickly and get the ball to the likes of Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins .
