Deuce Vaughn wasn't the only player who worked out for the Denver Broncos on Tuesday.
The Broncos brought in seven players -- three wide receivers, two tight ends and two running backs -- for workouts, according to the NFL's transaction wire. Denver also released defensive back Quinton Newsome from the practice squad on Tuesday, so the team has an opening on the 17-player practice squad .
In addition to Vaughn, the other running back who visited the Broncos was Tyrion Davis-Price , who entered the league as a third-round pick out of LSU with the San Francisco 49ers in 2022. He rushed 40 times for 120 yards in two seasons (seven games) with the 49ers before being cut. Davis-Price spent last year on the Philadelphia Eagles ' practice squad, and he spent time with the Tennessee Titans and Green Bay Packers this summer.
