Crew midfielder Derrick Jones has been put on "administrative leave" by MLS pending review of unspecified potential violations of league rules, MLS announced on Oct. 25.
Also put on leave was former Crew midfielder Yaw Yeboah , who plays for Los Angeles Football Club .

Both players are prohibited from participating in team activities and competition during the respective reviews, the league said.

Jones has played in three games this season, for only four minutes total. Has not scored or registered an assist.
A Crew spokesperson said the team had no comment and deferred questions to the league.
