The Dawgs are breaking in a new starting quarterback in Gunner Stockton . Georgia is leaning on a combination of young players and transfers to rebuild after having 13 players selected in the 2025 NFL draft (second-most of any college football program).
The 2025 edition of Georgia opens the season against two non-Power Four opponents, which will give Georgia plenty of time to gel. We'll find out a lot about Georgia in Week 3 when the Bulldogs travel to play the Tennessee Volunteers in their SEC opener.
