In the lead up to its official schedule release, the NFL has been drumming up interest in the occasion by strategically leaking some games that will take place over the course of next season.
Monday saw the announcement of some key games, including the season opener , the Black Friday game , a Saturday doubleheader and a Christmas Day showcase . Tuesday had the international game slate unveiling.
Wednesday will reveal the remainder of the 272 regular-season games. But that hasn't stopped some fans from trying to predict what some of the Week 1 games will be as well. False leaks of Week 1 contests like Bills vs. Ravens , Bengals at Bills, and others have run rampant in the lead up to the full reveal.
With the official release set for 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday , there is still plenty of time to get those final leaks out before the faucet is turned off.
