The Tennessee Titans have a coach. Now it's on to the next stage of their offseason: the NFL Draft.
The 2026 NFL Draft will take place from April 23-25 in Pittsburgh , Pennsylvania, and the Titans hold the No. 4 overall pick. They'll look to bolster their roster for new coach Robert Saleh and quarterback Cam Ward , who showed flashes of promise despite the team's 3-14 record.

Tennessee owns eight total picks in the draft and will want to prioritize offensive weapons for Ward as well as impact players at edge rusher and cornerback. General manager Mike Borgonzi will be in charge of that effort.
Who has the No. 1 pick in 2026 NFL Draft?
The Las Vegas Raiders hold the No. 1 pick and are widely expected to draft Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza. Mendoza won the Heisman Trophy and led the Hoosiers to a historic 16-0 season and national championship, capped off with a 27-21 win over Miami in the College Football Playoff title game on Jan. 19.
The New York Jets and Arizona Cardinals will draft No. 2 and No. 3 before the Titans are on the clock. The final four picks of the first round have yet to be determined with the Los Angeles Rams , Seattle Seahawks , Denver Broncos and New England Patriots still alive in the playoffs.
